DMCA Policy (Copyright Infringement Policy)<\/h1>\n

    2. Our Response to a Valid Notice<\/h2>\n

    Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:<\/p>\n

    • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as promptly as reasonably possible<\/li>\n
    • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed or disabled<\/li>\n
    • Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice and information on how to submit a counter-notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Repeat infringers may have their access to the Site terminated at our discretion.<\/p>\n

        Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10\u201314 business days, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.<\/p>\n

        Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Only submit a notice or counter-notice if you are confident in the accuracy of the claim.<\/p>\n
